About

I'm Dr. Joe Palmer and I would like to tell you a little more about myself. My family and I moved to the panhandle area in 2000, where I attended Fort Walton Beach High school and OWCC collegiate high school. After I left home to attend the University of Florida (Go Gators!). After graduating, I started learning about Chiropractic. I was intrigued with it's holistic approach to medicine by treating the cause and not simply masking the symptoms with drugs. I was also amazed at the way it made myself and others feel after treatment. I knew that this was what I wanted to do. From there, I attended Texas Chiropractic College and graduated in 2012. I spent the next couple years in Pensacola as an associate and then came home to Destin in 2016, where I took a position here at Regatta Chiropractic.I'm Dr. Joe Palmer and I would like to tell you a little more about myself.
