I can’t recommend Dr. Alex Bello enough. I came in dealing with constant migraines and severe neck pain that made everyday life feel impossible. I came to see Dr Bello after a car accident last year. I was stiff and in a lot of pain. I wanted to make sure that if I saw someone after my accident they would know what they were doing and wouldn’t make me worse. Desperate for relief, I turned to Dr. Bello on a friend's recommendation. The accident affected my head, neck, back, hips, and threw off my jaw. His passion for upper cervical chiropractic care was evident from the start. Dr. Bello took detailed scans of my upper cervical vertebrae and head, which guided his treatment. He explained how neck displacements could impact the rest of my body. His targeted care began to alleviate my pain from day 1, including my jaw issues!! Nothing has ever helped my TMJ which was very much exacerbated atfter the accident. Beyond his chiropractic expertise, Dr. Bello collaborated with other practitioners. In the same building, I received acupuncture from Jessica at LaLuz Wellness, which helped with chronic pain and soft tissue injuries and trauma symptoms from the accident. Additionally, Jon Haupers LENS neurofeedback at Neurobalance addressed my TBI. This combination of treatments worked wonders. My pain lessened, my mobility improved, and I started to feel like myself again. Dr. Bello’s holistic approach, along with Jessica's and Jon's treatments, provided a comprehensive recovery plan.
