HOW I RESOLVED MY 31 YEAR INSOMNIA PROBLEM WITH THE HELP OF DR BELLO'S UPPER CERVICAL CARE I wanted to write a new Review for Dr. Alex Bello. I started UCC treatment years ago in an attempt to resolve my insomnia. At the time, I didn't resolve my insomnia but, amazingly enough, UCC treated my chronic brain fog. Now it's years later and I learned a great deal more about the root cause of my insomnia. I started taking supplements to manage my cortisol (HPA AXIS) better and learned that my sleep issues were also being triggered by a lack of glymphatic flow (brain fog is a symptom). UCC is the only treatment I know to increase glymphatic flow so I restarted UCC care under Dr. Bello. After about 2 weeks of treatments with Dr Bello, my brain fog subsided again and my cranial glymphatic pathways opened up allowing my brain to detox at night. UCC along with HPA axis management resolved my insomnia!! After a 31 year search, i've finally sleeping like a normal person!. I'm over the moon! Insomnia has been such a scourge and I'm thrilled to be sleeping "like a normal person" again!!! I want to thank both Dr. Bello and his mentor Dr Drew Hall for helping me brainstorm this over the years. Not only did they help me with upper cervical care but they helped me stay focused and gave me the psychological support to keep trying new things and not give up. I also have to give credit to ChatGPT and 23AndMe. Those tools helped me discover that HPA Axis dysfunction was one of the contributing factors to my insomnia. It was a team effort and Dr. Alex Bello was one of the critical parts of my team!! Thank you all!

I'm 47 years old. Athlete. Dr. Bello has been working to correct my cervical issues on and off over a period of 2 years. Undiagnosed, but my research on occipital neuralgia led me to him initially. 5 years after C6/C7 spinal fusion I began suffering from all kinds of freaky on-going experiences that would not let up. Extreme sensitivity to light & sound. Dizziness, very concerning twitching around the eyes, lips, & temples. Slurring of speech & shooting pain throughout my scalp to base of my skull. Things were so rough I had suicidal thoughts for the 1st time in my life. I was desperate & scared. Dr. Bello has patiently worked to locate the issues & bring some normalcy back to my life, which he has. He has brought me more relief than I can truly express in words. Thanks Doc!

I have been going to Dr. Bello for a few years now and I can only say wonderful things about him. I initially came to him for severe back and neck pain that did not allow me to sleep and live my daily life. Now I am essentially pain free! I continue to see Dr. Bello for my "maintenance" checkups and he continues to keep me pain free. He also cleared my aunt's neck pain that had been bothering for a couple of years.
