How to Update Your Profile

Managing Your Profile Information

Keep your profile up to date to ensure smooth appointment booking and communication.

Accessing Your Profile

1. Log into your MedXimity account
2. Click on your name or avatar in the top right corner
3. Select "Settings" or "My Profile"

Updating Contact Information

You can update:

• Email Address: Change your primary email (requires verification)
• Phone Number: Update your mobile or home number
• Address: Keep your mailing address current

Changing Your Password

1. Go to Settings > Security
2. Click "Change Password"
3. Enter your current password
4. Enter and confirm your new password
5. Click "Save Changes"

Updating Insurance Information

Keep your insurance details current:

1. Navigate to Settings > Insurance
2. Add or update your insurance plan
3. Enter plan name, ID number, and group number
4. Upload photos of your insurance card (optional)

Managing Notification Preferences

Control how we communicate with you:

• Email notifications
• SMS/text reminders
