Creating Your MedXimity Account

Creating an account on MedXimity is quick and gives you access to booking appointments, managing your healthcare, and more.

Step 1: Click "Sign Up"

Look for the "Sign Up" or "Create Account" button in the top right corner of any MedXimity page.

Step 2: Choose Your Account Type

Select whether you are:

• Patient: For booking appointments and managing your care
• Healthcare Provider: For listing your practice and managing bookings

Step 3: Enter Your Information

Provide the following details:

• Email Address: Use an email you check regularly
• Password: Create a strong password (at least 8 characters, with letters and numbers)
• Full Name: Your legal name
• Phone Number: Optional but recommended for appointment reminders

Step 4: Verify Your Email

After submitting your information:

1. Check your email inbox (and spam folder)
2. Look for an email from MedXimity
3. Click the verification link
4. Your account is now active!

Step 5: Complete Your Profile

Add additional information to enhance your experience:

• Date of birth
• Address
• Insurance information
• Emergency contact
• Preferred pharmacy
