Finding Your Profile
If your practice is already listed in the Medximity directory, you can claim your profile rather than creating a new one. Search for your name or practice at medximity.com/providers.
Claiming Process
- Find your profile in the directory.
- Click Claim This Profile.
- Create a provider account using your professional email address.
- Verify your identity by uploading a copy of your active professional license.
- Our team reviews your claim within 1–2 business days.
- Once approved, you'll have full edit access to your profile.
No Existing Profile?
If your practice isn't listed, sign up as a new provider at medximity.com/demo-request. The onboarding process will create your profile and get you started with the platform.
Provider Agreement
By claiming a profile, you agree to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information on your profile.
