- State license number validation against licensing board databases
- National Provider Identifier (NPI) verification
- Confirmation of active practice status
- Specialty credential validation where applicable
Your Due Diligence
While we verify licensure, we recommend patients also:
- Check your state's medical board website for any disciplinary actions
- Confirm the provider is in-network with your insurance by calling your insurer
- Ask about experience with your specific condition during your first visit
Reporting Concerns
If you believe a provider's credentials or information are inaccurate, please contact us immediately. We investigate all reports within 24 business hours.
