Pre-natal massage, foot reflexology, deep tissue, Swedish, Reiki Shirodhara and polarity therapy are the different modalities you can experience at Your Stellar Life Massage. You can take home a tailor-made flower essence remedy that can help with moods, emotional states and fears. Self-care and relaxation are some of the key elements missing from most of our busy lives. Laura Kate, founder of Your Stellar Life, has been in the healing field since 1996 and brings a calm, accepting and loving nature to all of her sessions.
