Over the last four years I have experienced numerous injuries requiring surgeries including five rotator cuff surgeries (last one was a total reverse joint replacement), injuries to three disks in my lower back that were impinging on my sciatic nerve which caused pretty intense pain in my left leg and right knee and foot. I will admit, I was skeptical at first. I was dealing with (what I thought was) tennis elbow and was not a believer that it was coming from the upper cervical spine. My neck had no noticeable constraints. Even after the imaging, which showed a S curve in my neck, I wasn’t totally believing it. Further tests showed my hip was totally out of alignment.
