Dr. Jimmy Jo, DPT, OCS is the founder of Touch of Life Physical Therapy. He is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS), and a credentialed clinical instructor by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). A specialist in manual therapy, Dr. Jo enhances outcomes by integrating advanced technologies such as Shockwave Therapy, PEMF, and MLS Laser Therapy. His approach maximizes healing by combining hands-on techniques with high-tech solutions. He has a special interest in treating spine and disc-related conditions, often using McKenzie-based exercise and posture correction to support recovery. Dr. Jo also works with dancers, musicians, and athletes, using Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy to release deep restrictions, scar tissue, and adhesions. He utilizes the Anti-Gravity Treadmill to enable pain-free movement and faster rehab for post-surgical and injured patients.
