Dr Alex is the most caring health care professional I have ever had the pleasure to meet. She is kind, empathetic and has such a warm personality. I immediately felt comfortable in her care from our first appointment and look forward to seeing the progress we make we each future adjustment. Her office feels like home which makes it even easier to relax and trust in her care. I would recommend her to anyone dealing with chronic migraines and not finding relief anywhere. She is a wealth of knowledge and I am thankful I found her and look forward to finding my joy again! :)

I’ve been using this pillow for 4 days now. It’s very versatile. I not only use it when I sleep but I’ve used it as lumbar support while driving and as cervical support during yoga class. Very good quality. Nice design. I’m still noticing some aches in my neck. I’m sure it’s part of the process of adjusting to the new support and realignment process. I’m very happy with this pillow so far. Thank you.

I waited to use the pillow for about two months to see if it would make a difference in my sleeping before writing a review. One of the reasons why I do like the pillow is because I am trying to retrain my body to sleep in a better positioning to avoid morning stiffness in my neck or cramps. I have suffered from neck pain for awhile now and this has helped reduce the amount of tension in my muscles.
The office isnt very big, but has all that you would need for treatment care. Everything was clean and inviting. Dr. Alex was very nice and showed me how to use the pillow. Explained how her treatments are different from the typical walk in chiropractic office.
I would highly recommend seeing Dr. Alex for your chiropractic needs!

I went here to grab the pillow that she was offering. She was very nice and informative. Her office is so welcoming and laid back. At first I kind of used the pillow on and off and couldn't really find the best use for it, but you guys, it has been a LIFESAVER since I started teleworking 4 weeks ago. My first few days of teleworking I was having horrible back pain because I am just using my dining room as an "office"and dining room chairs are really conducive to sitting for 8 hours a day, at least mine aren't. I remembered her telling me the pillow could be used for lumbar support as well and it has been a game changer! No more back pain! Thanks so much for this amazing gift!! It has been really helpful during this stressful time.

Free pillow:
I’m giving 5 stars for the ease of going in, the beautiful office, and the thorough explanation on how to use the pillow.
I tried it between my knees and found it nice, but slightly too thick for regular use. I also tried it for lumbar support while sitting and it was fantastic for that!
My husband is trying it out for sleep, and likes it ‘ok’ so far (2 nights) I could never use this pillow for sleeping at night, I honestly just need more pillows than that, it’s definitely not big enough to suit my needs. However I like it for a 30-45 min nap.
