THE MUSCLE DOC has changed my life and I have only had one session so far, seems unbelievable I know. Little backstory: 3 years ago I landed on my side from about 15 ft in the air while skiing and have had EXTREME lower back/gluteal/ hamstring & quad tightness/pain ever since. Sitting in a chair & standing was torture for me because I was always having to readjust my positioning. My gait was uneven and the constant discomfort I had was consuming my thoughts and life. I've been to multiple chiropractors, physical therapists, many deep tissue massages, stretching for hours a day & nothing worked. Chris listened to me describe the location and activities that exacerbated my pain. The first minute of my session he was hitting the exact spots I had been trying to release for years. I felt my whole body relax during the session and I walked out of his office with NO PAIN. I cried on the way home out of relief. Mr. Brenner is a miracle worker and so very kind. I finally found a massage therapist that can do more than just give a regular swedish massage. Chris knows his stuff! He will explain to you what he is doing while he is massaging you. He takes the time to diagnose your problem area and then proceeds to take the pain away with his knowledge and expertise. He is now my go to guy for any massage therapy that I will need in the future.

I recently found Chris at Muscle Doc, after trying others in the area. I used to live with chronic muscle tightness especially after my workouts and from everyday life and stress. Since going to Chris my body feels and moves freely again. My workouts have improved as well as my sleep. Chris is friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable - your body will thank you!

I’ve been meaning to write a review for a while. Chris is the absolutely best of the best. He is a GENIUS at what he does. He’s gifted and intuitive, as well as very educated on human anatomy and Chinese medicine. I’ve had chronic jaw and neck pain for 5+ years. Chris is an awesome guy and I’m very grateful that I was referred to him a few years ago. I’ve had shoulder and upper-back pain stemming from a stubborn injury but a couple of visits with Chris yielded massive improvements. He has a firm touch but he's very nuanced and seems to know just what my muscles need. I was so pleased that I starting seeing him regularly and he always has a creative way to address whatever issue I’m having.
