Over the course of his life, Vernon has experienced over 15 years of manual therapy himself with little to no results. Because of this, he is determined to help people in a way that he was not. He understands that muscles are very complex and sensitive. Vernon also cares about his clients and wants to provide the best massage experience available to each of them. To do this, he makes sure to get to know them and understand their physical issues to come up with the most effective plan for their therapy. He aims to help each person heal his or her body and become healthier and happier. To truly once again "Embrace Life."Many things can affect your physical condition, such as stress, work environment, and physical activity. I take all of these factors into account when providing massage services, resulting in an experience that is not just a massage but more of a healing session.
