No clue why this place is spoken of and rated so highly. No way to contact anyone, the phones will never be answered no matter how many times you call and leave messages. You will be charged for “missed appointments” even if you follow their cancellation protocol. Also although I never once left the place without paying my copay, I received letters threatening collections for visits I’d already paid for, pushing me to pay not only twice, but also over double my copay amount.

I cannot say enough good things about Sojournes. I feel very fortunate that I get my care there. Jessica Pirkey has been such a wonderful doctor in my life. She has helped me more than anyone. Very caring and kind. She listens. She doesn’t treat you like you’re just a number. Actually everybody there at Sojournes is amazing. I do feel very very fortunate to get my care there. Thank you ! While the patient care here I’m sure is wonderful, absolutely every option on the phone answering service leads to voicemail.
On over 15 attempts over two days to reach the office /apothocary, I only once got a person (when I chose “speak to a nurse”), who tried to help but put me to voicemail.
One voicemail was returned two days later.
An investment in one person who genuinely answered the phone would be so welcome from a patient perspective.

I have been a patient at Sojourns for over 20 years!
They are simply the best❤️
Smart
Compassionate
Knowledgeable
They don’t push me into tests and prescriptions I don’t want
And they listen…really listen
I highly recommend Sojourns
Dr. Booth is who I see when I go
And she is amazing !
But I have also had the pleasure of having an appointment with the new hire
Hattie Miller… and she is also great!!
The physical therapy team is outstanding as well
It’s a great group of practitioners who all work together to give you the best health care available
To sum it up
I would just say that they care
