I studied massage at the Finger Lakes School of Massage in Ithaca, NY. After becoming licensed in NY state in 2008, I apprenticed with a Structural Integrationist (Rolfer), where I gained a better understanding of myofascial release and the underlying postural changes that need to occur to relieve chronic pain. I have the skills to customize your session to any of your needs. Whether you're looking for relaxation, sports recovery, injury prevention, injury rehabilitation, or general maintenance you will leave my table feeling like a new person.After 2 years with one of the corporate massage puppy mills here in Denver, I got tired of being treated like a slave while making money for other people. I took a leap of faith and opened my own business and haven’t looked back since. Now I offer fellow massage therapists an opportunity to work where they are taken care of financially, physically, and mentally. I take care of my therapists first, so they in turn can take care of you. Also, I’d rather pay someone really well than have a constant turnover of employees.
