Hi I'm Sarah! I am an Orthopedic Physical Therapist with nearly 20 years of experience. I spent over 10 years in Philadelphia working with Dancers, Performing Artists, and Athletes of all ages. I have specialty niche training in Foot & Ankle rehab and Dance Medicine. After moving to North Carolina, I spent over 5 years working in Military Medicine, treating our US Army Soldiers and Veterans. Tactical rehab requires quick processing in Sports Medicine and lift/load training. Additionally, I have used Pilates principles in my rehab programs for many years and am comprehensively trained in Pilates repertoire. Restore & Reform will use modern Physical Therapy/rehab treatments combined with a Pilates approach to balance, control and precision to help you achieve your goals. Convenient to Apex, Fuquay, Holly Springs & more-- inside CrossFit Coordinate at TenTen & Penny Road.Restore & Reform emerged out of the frustrations of long hours, too many patients and just not enough time of traditional PT. Having worked corporate outpatient, corporate clinic manager and military medicine, I knew it was time to offer my clients something different. Time, meaningful connections, quality care and communication. R&R started as a side-gig before I finally took the leap in Oct 2023 to step away from Military Medicine and do what I was meant to do. I don’t regret waiting though, as each position offered me new experiences to grow as a clinician. In nearly 20 years of practice, I’ve seen science change, fads come and go and know that each person needs something a little different.
