Dr. James Foo received his Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Stony Brook University in 2016. He has experience in treating orthopedic, neurological, sport, and post-operative injuries while working throughout NYC. He is passionate about building close relationships with his clients and guiding them towards their goals in recovery and performance. He is a certified Level 1 USA Track and Field coach, certified running coach through Road Runners Club of America, certified Level 1 USA Weightlifting coach, certified Functional Range Conditioning (FRC®) mobility specialist, and certified Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) practitioner. He enjoys competing in endurance races including marathons and triathlons. He's also volunteered for the medical team in various events including the NYC Marathon and NYC Triathlon. In his spare time he enjoys traveling, hiking, and exploring the outdoors.
