Having had 2 back operations and no longer able to work a desk job, William was inspired by the relief he gained from massage therapy. His knack for understanding the aches and pain with his back trauma enabled him to relate to his client and develop advanced therapeutic techniques to relieve aches and other discomforts with with sensible scientific approach. He often states that he gets therapeutic relief as he works on each client because it forces him to perform correct body mechanics & positioning as he works on them. He wants to create a new frontier in massage spa establishments whereas clients don't have to expect a "hit or miss" with attending a spa, because each therapist hired is retrained and must past his seal of approval in analyzing and treating clients.
