Dr Eric Yu is an amazingly skilled, intuitive and brilliant ART practitioner. And he's really down to earth, if you need a consult to understand what he can contribute. His staff are always professional.

Dr Yu is amazing! I was injured by a chiropractor so I was really hesitant to see him. I was finally convinced by the orthopedist to consult with Dr Yu and I’m so glad I did. His treatment has been a life changer. He is not only amazing at ART but he is also a very thoughtful and caring doctor, assessing the whole patient. I am back on my feet and functioning well! Eric Yu is amazing, I have chronic upper back pain from 32 years of military service. The VA could not take the pain away, but Dr. Yu, has work on both the right and left sides of my back to make the the pain much more manageable. I don’t know where I would be without his treatments. After a back surgery I re-Injured it again about 2 years later. This time my surgeon recommended Proactive Wellness and Dr Yu. It was my first ART treatment and I knew after the first session I had found something special. I went through 2 months of treatment and was actually get back on my snow skis and was able to enjoy the whole season with no back issues. Right now I am being treated for shoulder and neck issues which is steadily improving. I recommend Proactive Wellness to anyone who is having muscular or structural issues, especially if you are frustrated and not getting the results out of PT, Chiropractic, or massage alone.
