As a former college athlete, mom of 2 young kids, and my years of experience as a Physical Therapist treating thousands of patients with various conditions, diagnosis and needs I love meeting people where they are at, digging in to my knowledge and expertise to assist someone in their healing progress or continue to inspire their wellness.This practice was born out of a passion for partnering with people on their health and wellness journey whatever that looks like to each individual! For some that is preparing for labor, reaching optimal performance, recovering postpartum, healing from injury or striving to live and active and well lifestyle.
