After more than 25 years in nursing, I decided that I would enjoy a more hands on approach. I moved to Florida from North Carolina and attended Cortiva Institute of Massage. I provide a gentle yet therapeutic approach to massage and include a variety of approaches into each session, such as Neuromuscular or trigger point therapy, myofascial release, hot stones, himalayan salt stones, medicupping, stretching and taping to benefit my clients. I have hand selected other therapists that have similar views yet can also offer other tools such as Sports Massage, Personal Training, and Zero Balancing.Since 2011, we have provided quality massage therapy to thousands of clients. We regularly attend charity, social and athletic events to contribute to our community and to show how we stand out in our field.
