Dr. Julia graduated with honors from University of Miami with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Her first job was in Sports Medicine and Orthopedics. She later discovered the benefits of Pilates and became certified and worked as a Pilates Rehab specialist by "Polestar Pilates". She then opened her own business and is operating out of Coconut Grove and now has expanded her studio to Coral Gables.Dr. Julia has experience working in several well-known physical therapy and Pilates establishments. She opened her own business and is focused on individual one on one Physical Therapy and Pilates sessions.
