I graduated from Palmer Chiropractic College in Sunnyvale in 1992. After a number of internships I decided to establish my practice in Oakland, CA in 1997. I settled in the Grand Lake area and I've been here ever since, serving the local neighborhood with its health needs. My wife and I have 4 children and are very involved in the East Bay soccer community. In addition to training my clients at Next Level, I am the Women's varsity soccer coach at Alameda High School. I believe that anyone can achieve their fitness goals with the right motivation, mindset and mentoring. It is my mission to bring fitness into the lives of every client that comes to Next Level.NEXT LEVEL Fitness is a private training studio, nestled in the lower hills of Grand Lake. I first opened in 1997 at the corner of Mandana Blvd and Lakeshore Ave. After 19 years of continued success I have become a well known fixture in the Grand Lake neighborhood of Oakland. My gym was founded on the idea of combining both strength training and chiropractic care. I believe that these complimentary health disciplines provide my clients with all the necessary tools to achieve fitness success. For 19 years, our motto has been "Making Better Bodies," and I achieve this by providing my client base with high quality fitness programs that are tailored to the individuals current fitness level. We pride ourselves on having created a community of motivated people working toward their fitness goals in a supportive and innovative environment.
