Hello, my name is Chris Mahana. I started METHODS with the goal of being able to provide my many services to all of you so you could experience the service and care that Professional Athletes receive. I have worked with many professionals within the MLB, NHL, and NFL. I am a certified personal trainer, physical therapist assistant and a Licensed Massage therapist. I have a huge passion for helping people, and with these accolades I hope that I can help you live a happier and healthier life as well.Methods is a new start- up company started by Chris Mahana. Chris went to North Idaho College and graduated as as physical therapist assistant in 2012. After working in the world of post surgery rehab he decided to go back to school to learn more through massage. Over the last 5 years Chris has been one of the top Sports Rehab Therapists on the west coast, with countless certifications. It is our mission at Methods Massage to provide you with the same service and care that Professional Athletes would receive.
