I am a Holistic Health Coach, graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in NY, and CAMTC Licensed Massage Practitioner and teacher of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point and Prenatal massage, which I learned at San Francisco School of Massage, The Esalen Institute, and various workshops by the best teachers in the world including Art Riggs. Previously a social worker, and always an artist I have carried my philanthropy and creativity over into the realm of massage and holistic health. My technique is slow with fluidity, so my specialty is relaxation, taking you into a meditative state, while still maintaining depth and effectiveness. Holistic Health/Life Coaching Specialties: Weightloss, GI issues, candida, blood pressure, anxiety/stress management, food/sugar/substance addiction/abuse, creative blocks, relationships/intimacy, self-care, self-esteem, carb-sensitivity, diabetes...I have worked on many different body types with different ailments, exchanged work with many therapists and always maintain the attitude of a student. I do bodywork every chance I get from volunteer work with Pathways and C.A.R.E. to back stage sessions with professional musicians at concert venues and symphony halls.
