Mary Beth is very passionate about coming alongside clients in their health journeys, whether as a part of relaxing self-care or an acute therapeutic need. While getting trained as a massage therapist at WellSpring based out of Kansas City, she knew she wanted to start her own business from the beginning. She loves connecting with her clients and seeing them get the results that they're aiming to achieve in every stage of life, especially relating to therapeutic bodywork, prenatal/postpartum massage and Asian cupping to fight the chronic constant stressors of everyday life, autoimmune disorders, and other factors that we experience in our day-to-day that keeps us from staying balanced.Lifestyle Massage + Bodywork began with only one licensed massage therapist, owner and founder Mary Beth M., and now has a team of 7+ therapists who offer a variety of massage modalities to provide a client-centered approach to wellness all to achieve our clients’ best outcome.
