Kiva PT is a mobile service that brings a Doctor of Physical Therapy to your home or workplace. We bring a massage table, massage gun, and all the tools needed to offer you the best PT service you can ask for. If needed, we even have a 40 lb. adjustable kettlebell and agility ladder when you are towards the end of treatment! We treat Joint replacement surgeries, general orthopedic impairments, sports injuries, and even balance/dizziness issues. We can even offer a one-time ergonomic desk setup if needed! Kiva PT is currently credentialed with Medicare Part B insurance. We are not contracted with commercial PPO/HMO insurances, but we can treat on a cash rate and provide you with the proper documentation which can help you get reimbursed fully or partially with most PPO insurances.
