I’ve had a lot of experience with chiropractic care over my lifetime, and I sometimes get nervous during adjustments — but Dr. Jacob made me feel completely relaxed and comfortable. His manual adjustments were precise and exactly what my body needed.
He doesn’t take a one-size-fits-all approach and uses a variety of therapies and technology to support muscle recovery and tailor each session to you.
If you’re looking for a chiropractor in Santa Barbara, I highly recommend Dr. Jacob.

Dr. Jacob and his staff are amazing! I came with a mysterious shoulder pain that he diagnosed as a rotator cuff injury. With 5 rounds of soft wave and scraping, in only a few weeks he was able to get me 100% back to normal. After almost a year of on-and-off debilitating pain! Can't recommend Inner Strength or the Soft Wave technology enough to anyone suffering from a similar injury.

Jacob is an amazing chiropractor and a warm and caring person. He helped me feel so much more comfortable in my body after my adjustment. I no longer was distracted by my back pain and could just enjoy my day, it was amazing! His office is also beautiful and a really peaceful space.

I’ve been coming to Dr. Jacob at Inner strength chiropractor for several months and have noticed great improvements! Incredibly effective! Dr. Jacob is amazing at what he does. He has helped me transform my posture, relieve back pain, release tension, & overall just feel better. For that, it’s one of my favorite places to go! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, I most certainly recommend coming here!
