Proud to serve Washington Heights, Inwood, Riverdale, Manhattan and Beyond. I'm a Physical Therapist first; and also Stott Certified for Pilates for Rehab. I am trained extensively in Myofascial release and active release therapy. I've also added Cupping and yoga to my practice.Born in 2016, in Washington Heights.

$110.00 per hour includes evaluation and treatment.
Half hour sessions are also available, but 60 min is recommended.
