I started going to Healthy Chiropractic after struggling with persistent shoulder pain that kept me from working out. I’d previously seen a traditional chiropractor with little success. I was skeptical about NUCCA—I couldn’t believe such gentle adjustments would be effective. But even after my first session, I felt a noticeable shift. It took several months of treatments, but now I’m completely sold on this approach. Now, I can pursue my training without any shoulder pain. As a flying trapeze instructor with a very active job, I continue treatments for maintenance and now feel that, for active individuals, it’s a necessary investment in keeping the body functioning at its best. I don’t write reviews so this place has to be truly special for me to care enough to write anything. I stopped by Healthy Life Chiropractic about 4 years ago to seek help for a shoulder issue that had been bothering me for a week. After some X-rays. The team was able to fix the shoulder with the first adjustment! The X-rays also showed that I needed to take better care of my neck and spine. So 4 years later here I am. Coming regularly and feeling awesome! The before and after stays of my spine are proof. Chiropractic care should be just as if not more important than taking care of your teeth. Preventive care might be a chore but this place makes it easy! Love the team here!
