After 2yrs of epidural steroid injections that did no good, I found my way to Dr. Hayes. I am so incredibly grateful for the work he's done to get my back/hip to stop hurting. I feel like I have a shot at snowboarding again after missing 2 seasons due to this darn back. He spends so much time working out my muscle adhesions and has taught me stretching and strengthening exercises. If you've ever been on the fence about trying chiro care, I'd recommend going to Dr. Hayes. He's very nice and spends a lot of time listening. He's also always on time - I've never had to wait -which I greatly appreciate because I see him on my lunch break and haven't had to miss any work. I've had about 10 sessions now and I'm moving considerably better and I'm standing up straighter. At this point, I consider him my doctor as well as my friend.

So glad I found Dr. Hayes! He renewed my hope that I could live without constantly battling aches and pains.
