I had a really discouraging, dismissive appointment with Full Circle. I came in with severe worsening pain and was referred by my doctor. The physiotherapist I saw was incredibly dismissive about my pain and insinuated I was exaggerating as she told me that it was probably because of stress and that I should just try to relax? Really bizarre, awful experience. I do not get the hype about this place. Even ‘reception’ was unpleasant once she showed up. I walked in for the first time and stood at the counter for over 10 minutes waiting to check in or be addressed by someone, only for her to finally round the corner and ask ‘Do you need something?’ Will not be back and have told my doctor about the poor experience. They claimed this isn’t the first poor review they’ve heard so they will be referring elsewhere.

I had a great first visit at Full Circle today. Virginia, at the front desk is very nice and accommodating. Lynn, the physiotherapist, is one of a kind. She's so comfortable to talk to. Her interaction with me was amazing. She’s very kind, detailed and thorough about my history, not in a hurry, and very calm. It was an excellent experience.

I saw Dr Amanda Choong today and she aligned me beautifully! What a delightful, skilled doctor! I'll be returning soon. I was lucky because I called the office yesterday to see if by some miracle I could get in today, and I did, so thank you to the staff for this appointment. I don't live in Calgary so this was great. They're a very nice, welcoming group.

Full Circle is the absolute BEST! From Val at the front desk to all of the practitioners, like Dr Ken, Geoffrey, and many more, they truly care for the well being of each and every client they see. The loving kindness and compassionate care to help meet every need as well as my son’s needs has been such a blessing! If it was possible to give 10 Stars I would. Dr Ken is very knowledgable, thorough and gets to the root of the issue and corrects it with every visit. I had my first massage from Geoffrey yesterday, one of the best massage therapists I have ever received, very powerful and strong in his treatment but it was exactly what was needed. And the warmth and kindness from Val at the front desk to thoroughly explain treatments, get bookings and help with all paper work. Full Circle is the best one stop shop for collaborative care to help abundantly meet all of my physical needs for treatment back into wellness after a car accident. Thank you Full Circle staff and team!! Words cannot express the gratitude for all your hard work. I would highly recommend all my family and friends for treatment here and I will continue to seek help from them for all of my necessary needs!! 🙏❤️

I was lucky enough to be introduced to Dr. Amanda Choong through a colleague a couple of months back. She is extremely knowledgeable within her specialist field, caring, and takes the time to explain everything. The office is clean, and the staff are friendly. I would highly recommend Dr. Amanda for anyone seeking relief!
