Dr. Evans has lived in Eugene for over 26 years. Has 6 kids and 9 grand kids. Hobbies include cars, fitness, movies and just plain relaxing on the weekend.Now located on the edge of the Whittaker District, Dr. Jerry Evans has been helping patients since 1986. Dr. Evans offers even more tools for total wellness which includes Chiropractic Care, Licensed Massage Therapists, Nutrition Counseling & Weight Loss, and Patient Exercise Rehabilitation. Dr. Evans offers a free first time consultation and complete examination.
