As a certified personal trainer and massage therapist I’m focused on helping people enjoy life and meet their goals. Though I primarily focus on my massage practice, I do offer consultations on exercise routines for those looking to make a lifestyle shift and don’t know where to start.I’ve been a licensed massage therapist since 2013. I started Fit Form Bodywork after working in the professional medical massage setting for over 10 years. The skills I’ve developed can help you recover from injury, manage pain, increase performance, and just unwind.
