Sandy is a California Licensed Massage Therapist & Yoga Instructor. She has been a Massage therapist since 2011 and a Yoga Instructor since 2017. She believes massage therapy & yoga are an excellent ways to improve your health. She designs her sessions to help clients: **Reduce, manage, and/or eliminate pain. **Gain flexibility for less joint pain. **Gain mobility to perform in your sport. **Gain the confidence to train again through yoga & massage combined. **Gain strength not only in the body, but in the mind as well. **Improve athletic performance such as increased power, strength, and speed. **Increase injury prevention & decrease re-injury ​ Her massage style will be firm but mindful. Also, with clients being mostly clothed, she is able to do passive joint movements combined with firm muscle compressions. As she loves to receive spa like relaxation full body massage, her sessions will not be the case. Clients are mostly clothed and the focus will be specific restrictive areas
