Dr. Zappala has 30 + years of experience in the field of sports chiropractic and is uniquely qualified to treat sports injuries of all types including concussions. He holds a diplomate in sports medicine and is one of a few hundred in the country that holds this level of expertise in sports medicine. Two words...patient outcomes. That is his focus.South West Health was established in 1994 and we have been in Costa Mesa ever since. We have continued to expand our services over the years to include, non-surgical spinal decompression, acupuncture, nutrition, massage therapy, personal and sports specific training, yoga, and Pilates. Our latest additions are MSK ultrasound, guided ultrasound procedures, and Dietician services.
