Simply put, Dr. Best is an amazingly talented chiropractor. He uses an intuitive, multidisciplinary approach that sets him head and shoulders above his peers. In addition to adjusting your body--which Dr. Best can do with aplomb--he also helps you identify the emotional or energetic root for each issue (which heals the mind, body and spirit). Tip: If you can make time for one of his hour-long sessions, you won't regret it... you'll leave feeling like a brand new person. Again, Dr. Best's technical acumen is fantastic, but the fact that he integrates so many techniques is what really makes his treatment singular. He is also kind, empathetic and humble, which creates a welcoming and safe space for his clients. Dr. Best is one of the best chiropractors I've been to, and I'm grateful I found him. Dr. Ken Best is, well, the best. First of all, love the vibe of the decor as soon as you step through the door. With any luck, you’ll also be greeted by a friendly French bulldog. During the initial exam, he’ll go through chiropractor techniques such as applied kinesiology, activator methods, neuro-muscular reeducation, etc. Initial visits are :45 minutes to complete these tests, and each follow-up visit can be anywhere between :30-:45 minutes, depending on the # of regions you want to focus on. Parking is super easy (as long as you visit early in the morning). He’ll also supply a walk out slip for you to submit a claim for your insurance as he does not do this directly. All in all, I’ll be coming back here as much as money and insurance will allow - I can feel a noticeable difference with my back & shoulder thanks to Dr. Ken.
