Dr. Dawson is a knowledgeable and kind doctor. He knows his business and is very helpful and considerate. His staff has always been super nice. I have EDS and I've been going to NUCCA for years as it's super gentle and has been a major help to me. I've had some good experiences and some bad with various NUCCA doctors. Dr. Dawson is one of the good ones! Absolutely recommend!

My lower back has discs missing and it’s been so bad for years that i was told at 30 my only option to help the pain was to fuse my spine. Thank God I held off and had a friend refer me to Dr Dawson. He has given me my life back and I feel pretty normal now. So grateful for this amazing technique and Dr Dawson!

Due to A c-section and not taking care of my self. I ended up in servere low back pain and sciatica. It was Divine intervention that my mother had Dr Dawsons information. I called got in an emergency appointment. He saved my life seriously….. I walked in his office doubled over like an 80 yr old and came out walking up right. He is a spine specialist… the Greatest . Because of Dr Dawson I have learned so much about my body . He is truly a Gift. My son who has migraines due to a head injury and probably c-section is also a greatfull recipient of Dawsons Spinal care . This is where we come if we get out of alignment !!! We are lucky we found Him

Dr Dawson has been my chiropractor for 12+ years, he's the best doctor I've ever had! He's actually the only doctor I've ever seen consistently in my life, because his adjustments to my spine seem to fix so many things going on in my body - pain in my neck and shoulders, severe headaches, my hips, lower back, knee pain, numbness in my toes and fingers, it's all been helped by Dr Dawson. I recommend him to so many people so I thought I'd write a 5 star review too!
