My name is Dahlia Silvers, I'm a Certified Massage Therapist (CMT), and I've been a masseuse and integrative body worker for over twenty years. I come from a family of holistic practitioners. My father is a retired chiropractor and nutrition crusader. I observed how he helped people by facilitating the body's ability to heal itself, and this had a lasting impression on me. I have a professional dance background and I discovered the regenerative effects of massage therapy when I was injured from dance. I saw first hand how healing could be encouraged and hastened by therapeutic massage. This experience inspired me to go into the field, and I've been in love with it ever since. I enjoy working with diverse populations and love providing massage services to the Oakland, CA area.Dahlia Silvers, Certified Massage Therapist has over twenty years of experience working with clients presenting a variety of needs. I work with athletes, clients recovering from injuries (including) auto injuries, people who spend way too much time on the computer, moms-to-be and everyone in between. I love my work, and am continually updating my knowledge in order to be of better service to my clients. I began my career working with athletes in a sports club in the Los Angeles area. Since then, in addition to my private practice, I have worked for many years in conjunction with physical therapists, occupational therapists and chiropractors, and enjoy providing massage services to my Oakland clients. I serve residents from all over the Oakland area including: Berkeley, Albany, El Cerrito, Richmond, San Francisco, San Leandro, Hayward, Castro Valley, Orinda, and Lafayette.
