Graduated from Western States Chiropractic College, Portland, OR. Began practicing in Salem, OR in 1980.Dr. Crockett was born in Salem, Oregon and received his primary and secondary education in the Salem area. After graduating from high school he received a Bachelor of Science degree from Oregon College of Education and subsequently went to Willamette University for postgraduate studies. He graduated cum laude from Western States Chiropractic College and has been elected to Who's Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges and other Who's Whos. Dr. Crockett was licensed in Oregon in 1979.
