教育与培训
I specialize in Deep Tissue Massage and Structural Bodywork. A few things set my approach above others as a truly exceptional experience. The first is my ability to precisely read your body's tension patterns by reading your posture and completing basic range-of-motion exercises. The second is my painstakingly detailed targeting in my massage work -- based on my deep understanding of the musculoskeletal anatomy. The third is my ability to simply explain your own body patterns, giving you tools to make immediate changes in your everyday life.
If you desire the very best deep tissue and highly detailed, customized sessions, I am the best choice!
