Here at Chiropractic Life Center we specialize in the use of adjusting instruments for low force manipulation of the spine. We also sometimes implement gentle manual work, massage, or other therapies including ultrasound and muscle stimulation. If you have been in an accident, hurt yourself at work or at play, are suffering from aches and pains, we are here to help.Dr. Ron R. Johansen came to portland to study chiropractic in 1979, and began Chiropractic Life Center with the intent of serving his patients with excellent and purposeful low-force adjusting. Dr James Andrews joined the practice est. 1995 and brought to the table further expertise with instrument adjusting. Recently in 2012 Dr. Mark R. Johansen has joined the practice and expanded the care available with traditional but gentle manual adjusting as well as low-force instrument adjustments. All three doctors specialize in the low-force use of instruments to pin-point and correct problems of the musculoskeletal system.
