Physical therapists Karen Lewis and Hillary Joseph - with 40 collective years in healthcare and wellness - have worked as a team since 2005. Combining a shared passion to help others and a highly qualified staff, they have created Blue Sky Physical Therapy to guide a wide range of patients through recovery and into wellness. We strive to provide quality, compassionate and comprehensive care through expert and effective therapy methods. We will motivate and direct each patient to achieve mutually established therapy goals in a safe, professional and fun environment. Blue Sky has five highly skilled full-time physical therapists who can help you achieve your goals of reducing pain, improving function and improving your quality of life. Blue Sky offers both Pilates for rehab and Pilates for wellness, and all Pilates instructors are also physical therapists. Finally, we have a certified licensed massage therapist who is experienced in a wide array of techniques and methods.
