Dr. Betty Tupta graduated from the Southern California University of Health Sciences in 2002. She worked at high-volume offices during her internship and beyond. Now she is the owner of Back Benders where she uses a gentle touch to help backs bend better. Dr.Betty has a passion for learning and has expanded her skill set, offering a unique Chiropractic session. In 2016 she became a Certified Crystal Healer. In 2019 she became a certified BASI Pilates instructor and also as a Biofield Tuner. She is particularly skilled at alleviating headaches, migraines, neck and shoulder pain with pressure point therapy to the head and neck. In addition, she uses a diversified technique to the full spine and extremities. She enjoys helping people in her community one back at a time.Back Benders was established with the premise of helping people achieve their optimum physical health naturally. What you will find at Back Benders is a modern yet warm and relaxing atmosphere where we truly listen to the patient and determine the right treatment for you. Dr. Betty assumed ownership of the practice in 2010 and has remodeled the office inside and out. Patients new and old continue to make it a go-to spot for chiropractic, massage therapy, and Pilates.
