Hello, my name is Dr. Ashley McElroy! I am a graduate from the University of Arkansas Pine Bluff where I majored in Biology. I attended Mississippi College for my Master of Medical Science degree and Life University for my Doctor of Chiropractic degree. I decided to become a Chiropractor because I wanted improve the health of members of my community without the use of drugs or surgery. Chiropractic care and proper nutrition are the best ways to do this. I am very passionate about both. I initially became intrigued by the ketogenic diet when I started reading the research done with decreases in insulin intolerance. The results where amazing. I am completely hooked!! Not only from a weight loss standpoint ( though that is AMAZING) but from an overall health standpoint!! I feel better than ever! Research shows a Ketogenic diet can help with PCOS, Epileptic seizures, Depression/ Anxiety and more.
