Dr. Malige has extensive training and experience in hip arthroscopy (including labral repairs, labral reconstruction, osseoplasty, and iliopsoas release), anatomic ACL reconstructions using multiple graft types, meniscal surgery, rotator cuff repair, shoulder instability surgery, shoulder arthroplasty, and throwing elbow injuries. He also specializes in superior capsular reconstruction, knee multi-ligament reconstruction, syndesmotic injuries, and other surgeries of the shoulder, elbow, hip, knee, and ankle. He is also well versed in fracture fixation of all upper and lower extremity fractures. Dr. Malige strives to help athletes of all types and competition levels return to sport. He has served as an assistant team physician at the professional level (Los Angeles Rams, Los Angeles Angels, Los Angeles Dodgers, Los Angeles Galaxy, and the Anaheim Ducks), collegiate level (Pepperdine Waves), and the high school level (numerous high schools across the Lehigh Valley). He is also an extensive researcher, using it as a way of staying up to date on new surgical techniques. He has published over 50 papers and book chapters, focusing on shoulder arthroplasty, throwing elbow, ACL reconstruction, and biologic treatments.
