I've been going to Ahead of the Curve for over a year now, and it has been life changing for me. I've had a desk job most of my life and sit all day so having routine maintenance visits now have kept me feeling great! I tried the foot levelers as well, and I have no more back pain when I have to walk long periods of time. I definitely recommend Ahead of the Curve. Everyone there is also so friendly! I love seeing them every two weeks.

I recently moved away from Dallas, and miss this place like crazy - there's no other chiropractic office like it that I've been able to find. I'd been going there for about a year and a half for neck and back pain, and definitely saw improvement. They truly look at you and care for you as a whole person - it's obvious they don't just pop you and send you on your way to collect from your insurance. The doctor is kind and knowledgeable, really listening to my concerns and taking the time to explain things. And the office staff is amazing - uplifting, friendly, and really on top of things!!

I first heard about this place from my mom who heard it from her sister that had been going there. The first time I visited the place it was very welcoming and the staff was super nice. I met Dr. Hines and she had a great smile, personality, and professionalism. After I brought my x-ray back she took me through them and showed me everything that was wrong with my back and it made sense. We set up a plan and started right away. My next visit she did an adjustment and gave me some equipment to take home to also help improve my back, doing some home exercises. I went there for three months, three time a week and my back was most improved out of all her patients at 67% I believe. I am now down to only once every two to three time a week after being there for about 8 months now and my back has gotten so much better. She is a great chiropractor and I highly recommend going to her. They work with you on payments and she goes through your nutritional health as well. Definitely give Ahead of the Curve Chiropractic a try.

I came to Ahead of the Curve about three months ago. I had excruciating heel and lower back pain. I was expecting my experience to just be a one-day thing; I come in, they pop my back and I leave. But when I went into Dr. Hines’ office, she taught me that healing takes time. And that makes total sense. So we did some x-rays, and when she showed me the subluxations in two of the curvatures of my spine, I remembered I had had a neck injury at age 15. So, Dr Hines explained, my pain possibly began because of that and other factors (like my sleeping position, etc), and since this happens over time, healing also takes time. I’ve been going to sessions for three months now, and at first I was a little frustrated, but today I see that my heel pain is gone, lower back pain comes and goes but it’s not as excruciating as before. I still have a few months ahead of therapy, but I’m already seeing results and I’m very happy about it. Now I’m able to perform better at work and I’ve even seen changes in my sleeping patterns! (I sleep better!) Dr. Hines is very caring, and takes her own time to explain to her patients about their own progress. Also, Jade is very helpful and sweet. Both always welcome you with a smile and interesting advice to improve your life. I definitely recommend coming to Ahead of the Curve if you want to change your life.

Dr. Hines is a wonderful chiropractor who truly cares about the health of her patients. She goes above and beyond basic chiropractic care and addresses the whole person. She has taken such good care of our whole family and we have seen such great results that we've never seen under chiropractic care elsewhere. Our toddler was first adjusted when just a few days old and every time we see positive results for each of his issues within days. I would highly recommend her to everyone!
