Brian is a licensed Physical Therapist and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist who has been in the Triangle area since 2001. He specializes in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation with a strong emphasis on exercise prescription and manual therapy techniques. He is one of a handful of specialists certified through Sportsmetrics in ACL rehab and is also certified in Pilates and a Level II TRX Suspension Trainer. Brian lives in Chapel Hill and participates regularly in local charity events and community fund raisers.ActivEdge started in 2004 as a physical therapy and personal training studio. They originally focused in sports performance, rehabilitation, weight loss, and other personal training goals. They expanded a few years later, doubling in size, and adding an arsenal of group classes and a Pilates studio room that catered to the Yogis, Zumba, TRX, and boot camp-style sessions. They recently added Pilates reformers and plan on continuing to grown group class division.
