Lite (Included Free)
Every Medximity provider gets Lite automatically. It includes:
- Basic patient demographics and records
- Appointment scheduling and calendar management
- Secure messaging with patients
- Digital intake forms
- Basic clinical notes
- Online booking integration
Full (Premium)
Upgrade to Full for a complete clinical workflow:
- Everything in Lite, plus:
- Full SOAP note documentation with templates
- Treatment plans and care protocols
- Lab and imaging order tracking
- Insurance claim management
- Advanced reporting and analytics
- Multi-location support
- Custom form builder
- Staff role management with granular permissions
Upgrading
Upgrade at any time from your provider dashboard under Settings > Subscription. Your data and configuration carry over seamlessly — upgrading is a feature unlock, not a migration.
