David and Andrea are both Native Phoenicians and have been married since 2006 and have 2 children. In January 2011, they purchased Vital Care Rehabilitation, LLC and fulfilled their American dream of business ownership. Andrea graduated from Grand Canyon University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology with a minor in Exercise Science in 1998, and Northern Arizona University completing her Clinical Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy in 2002. She has been providing quality outpatient orthopedic physical therapy in the West Valley for 9 years. Andrea has been working at Vital Care Rehabilitation as the clinical director since 2008. David has worked in the Marketing and advertising field in Arizona for 10 years and then practiced real estate in the West Valley for 7 years. His experience in marketing, advertising and real estate has prepared him for his position as the marketing and administration director of Vital Care Rehabilitation.Vital Care Rehabilitation, LLC was formed in 2006 to serve the needs of our local residents. Vital Care Rehabilitation, LLC was purchased by David and Andrea McWhorter in January 2011, formerly Cactus Rehab, has been serving the Sun Cities (Sun City West, Sun City and Sun City Grand), Surprise and surrounding areas since 2000. We are a husband and wife owned and operated clinic. It was our dream to open a clinic where patients could receive quality, individualized care, without compromising our mission, which is to "maximize your healing potential so that you may return to the purpose of your life". At Vital Care we focus on individualized care and treat our patients like family. We work closely with your physician, but most importantly we are independent organization that has a "Governing Body", which includes a Physician, Physical Therapist, Social Worker and Administrator which allows us to keep our setting small and intimate so you do not get lost in the crowd.
